Since 2011, the founding partners of Hockaday Homes have been Calgary development consultants specializing in pre-construction sales for some of Canada's largest and most reputable homebuilders and developers. This invaluable experience gives us a clearer understanding in the importance and stresses in all aspects of a new home build and enables us to successfully meet the expectations of each client in their dream home build process. Our strive for perfection and attention to detail is what drives us and has successfully led to many sell-out projects

Building a custom home is an opportunity to turn a dream into reality. At Hockaday Homes, our fundamental philosophy is that a home is made for “living”.
